Coupled with presell/prebuy consulting we match buyers to appropriate properties which generally results in a positive transaction outcome. The sale of a property should be a well planned event and not a last minute crisis mode endeavor. Pre-sale planning and a market evaluation or Broker Price Opinion is provided at no cost, no obligation. When that is not practical and many times it is not, Havelock-Adams will always respond to the immediate need and mitigate many of the inherent short comings as the relationship evolves.

 

Owner /Broker, Ward Adams, has dealer support marketing and business sales experience dating back to 1985. His partner, Connie Arcaro is a former owner/operator of a major, internationally known, recreation business. The partners both have personal experience at starting, growing and selling their own businesses and commercial properties.
